Frizzle thread

Most likely all boys, we did the same thing, we bought three frizzles and sizzle from our feed store and one started crowing first then they all started making noise then they all started crowing. What breed are they?

They can start crowing at all ages. I had one roo that waited until he was 4 months. The roo I have now is crowing at 8 weeks and I have heard people swear theirs started crowing at 3 weeks! hahahha!

I just got two frizzles/ Easter Eggers. One only carries the gene and the other is a frizzle. We also have 2 cute little sizzles. As soon as I get some free time I will get some pictures of them.

Oh, forgot to mention the 12 frizzled turken eggs in the incubator. I love the "different" looking chickens. I think they are so beautiful.

What kind of frizzle do you think this one is? It was suppose to be my standard barred rock rooster that i ordered. Surprise! He is 4 weeks old. He looked just like my other hens with the spot on his head but was always a little smaller in size.

Are those feathers on his feet? If not and his colors are the same as the rocks he could be a frizzle barred rock! I would love him to breed with our barred rock hens!
