heres my jet black girl I hatched on Christmas as a start of my new frizzle project. I love her! im planning on breeding her back to her father and my smooth roo back to his mother.

I'm pretty sure its smooth. Frizzles are pretty obvious as soon as their wing feathers start growing in. They curl backwards just like the adults.

How old is she? I hate to be a downer, but its probably not going to get much bigger than that. But, she can produce chicks that have nice crests! My Sizzle hens crest is about the same size as your girls, maybe a touch bigger. She makes lovely chicks with large bonnet shaped crests!

I love her coloring!

She's somewhere around 14-15 weeks old right now i believe. Her body is so large and fluffy compared to her poor little head. She will make an interesting chick. My 3 roosters right now are a turken, a show girl and a d'uccle x silkie.

Hi all!

Can someone tell me if they see male or female or if it's too soon to tell? This is a cuckoo tolbunt polish frizzle. I think I'm starting to see a male "V" like crest. What do you see? I'll be keeping it until I can tell more, but I'd like to try guessing
