Frizzle??

I just got a couple of Mystic Maran chicks Friday. Well, yesterday, I noticed one had a wing turning out. Now, they're both turned out! The last one is both marans beside each other. You can tell the wing structure is different.

Is it a frizzle?? I'm so eggcited if it is!! Or not! It's such a cutie!
