frizzled cochin maturity?

    Does anyone know how old a frizzled cochin has to be to lay?

    mine started at 4 and 5 months they are good little broodys also.

    What colors do you have?

    one buff pullet, im planing on breeding her with a silkie rooster just to see what happens.

    My three Cochin Frizzles laid their first eggs at 23 weeks, 24 weeks and 27 weeks old.

    Thanks! They're characters. Rachel is broody right now and I'm trying to break her of it b/c I'm at maximum capacity in my coop (hmmm, or I could build another coop....!).

    yeah im hoping mine will get broody easy so i can use her to hatch out eggs.
