frizzled guineas?????

I just saw an ADULT guinea at the flea market this weekend that was frizzled. Had never seen or heard of such a thing but it looked healthy.

I would love to see a picture of that!

We had a guizzle here in Oz, not sure what happened to it, but knew of the bird & breeder a few years ago & it did look funny

Ok sorry, just thought it might have been interesting to the topic. That bird in the photos looked very similar back when it was young to those on the OP. Admit with a tinge of red on the feathers.

the first link didnt work. but the second showed a chicken guinea cross. I believe the OP was showing guinea Keets with curly feathers not chicken guinea crosses.

Heres the guizzle. Took a while to find it cos nobody goes there anymore & thought it may have been closed down. From memory Vicki from Covensarabians bred the little monster & a friend of Ians purchased it. Not sure if its still alive today tho. Shame the two horned little gnat doesnt know whats in its own yard.
