Frizzles!!!! Gender please?

These are my 3 week old frizzle cochin bantams. There are three. Two black and one red. The red one has just started to curl and the black one have only gotten more frizzled. I think one of the black ones is a roo. Am I right?

3 can't tell because i can not see it's comb but if it is red like 2 it is a roo also.

I thought that three weeks would be too early also, but the 2nd one just has a much bigger comb already than the other two. My other 7 wk olds I don't think had combs like that at that age. Absolutely LOVE watching these guys!! Thanks fort he info.!!
