My name is Marisa. My husband and I are proud parents to 2 dogs, 2 cats, 1 Americauna rooster, 4 Americauna hens, 1 barred Rock hen, and 1 new little baby human boy .

We try to garden but are learning that with chickens and without fencing, gardens are pretty hard to keep! Tobacco and peaches are the only things they've let us keep this year.

Yep, chickens are hard on a garden or any surface with nice soft dirt to scratch in. Quite irresistable to them
