From Aviary to Chicken Coop

Here ya go, and not a cheap build. No plans other than what's in my head. I should have painted the coop before trim is my only regret. If any of you have ideas on how to do the roosting bars, fire away. I'm not sold on what I have so far.....

How many roost bars do you need?
Are the white stairs the current roost bars? If so I'd turn those boards so that the smaller side was facing up.

the majority of people use 2x4's the way I have them....and the white stairs are the current bars. Only going to have 3-4 hens

concrete floor will get painted with masonary paint to help keep the poop from absorbing into the concrete
