Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I have been using this site all year now to try and answer questions I may have but finally decided to make an account so I could interact more.

Currently I am here for the ducks. I incubated and successfully hatched 5 this year (after a switch in incubators). I have a 21 week old Welsh Harlequin and four 11 week olds, (3) Cayuga's, and (1) Buff.

I have hatched ducks before but this is my first time keeping them for eggs and hopefully breeding.

Welcome I to had been reading the Backyard chicken for a year before I decided to join. I have 6 laying chickens and two call ducks. I am interested in what criteria you used in choosing your duck breeds. I live in the city and had a small water feature in my yard. Call ducks fit my "pond".
