Thanks for the timeline. I brought home two small feed store chicks last week and was trying to estimate their ages. The pics helped me see that my estimate was pretty close but now it isn't just guesswork.

grandads, it took me a few days to figure out the best method for taking egg pictures. I had my camera set up on a tripod and put it on manual, then let it take a 15 second exposure of the egg on my candler.
