Welcome! I'm new too and like to see new questions that I haven't seen before. I won't answer this as so many others have that have a lot more experience than me. I'm in South Seattle. Actually SeaTac but don't want to be on this city's radar as they are so persnikity about peoples affairs even though they are legal here.
I know of one other guy in my area that has hens but that's about it. Mine aren't laying yet so may not until Spring but I hope they do soon (almost 20 weeks). Have you gotten any more eggs now? Roosters are allowed in SeaTac but I really am in too congested of an area to be fair for the neighbors and my husband who is a very light sleeper. The guys behind us have a new baby and the guy next to me works very early in the AM so goes to sleep very early. Of course every house has a dog and some of them bark all day. I know, I work from home and hear it all day long. I always know when my neighbor leaves in the AM gets home because his dog barks the whole time he is gone so a rooster would probably be quieter. LOL
