That's great!!The both went back into the new coop precisely on time tonight after their "walk".
Moved them into the new coop last night after their evening "walk" (we generally let them out each day to roam the property about 1-1.5 hours before they instinctively return to the coop for the night).

Done. Loaded the pine shavings and placed some nesting mats and hay slivers on the nesting tray. The chickens go in this evening.

Where did you source the vent fan/controller? Anything clever? I’m thinking I should do something similar to keep my coop tolerably cool in the afternoon.
Had to turn the heat lamp on this morning, had some chilly chickens (though everything stayed dry)

You really do not need that heat lamp.
