Hello, my name is Jenn. And we live in Everett, Wa. And yes it is raining today. Oh well, I have had chickens for couple of years. But, now am looking to expand my flock. The problem is we have a dominant delsummer. She is going to get her own quarters here soon. Or I may have to take the othe delsummer out and give her own quarters. We also have 3 Amaerucanas. And want to mix them with the older gals but is proving to be harder than we thought. They are a year apart in age. So any ideas would be great. I have also taken in 2 Magpie ducks they were the last of a straight run at our local feed store. They were returned, so now we have a drake and girlie. So, I am learning as I go. I look forward to learning from the pros.

Jenn

Hello and :welcome

Glad to have you here!!
Integrating chickens can be hard, and it usually takes time to let them establish a pecking order and stop fighting. You could hang up a cabbage or something shiny in the coop to occupy the chickens and distract them from pecking each other. Good luck!!

Don't hesitate to ask any questions you might have, and enjoy the site. :D
