Im way behind.

Im still trying to get my kid to clear 5 thorns. I cant find those darn things to save my life. Ive only found one so far. Anybody know of a way to get them to come up on your land faster?

Clear a part of your land for that purpose and some thorns will pop up. Look behind matured trees.

Ive tried that. I have them in the lower right hand corner of my lot. Ive noticed when varmits pop up, the closer they are to that lower part of your lot the less you have to whack them. I have a huge area around my little forrest and still nothign. I get everything BUT the thorns.

havi- i clicked on my kid before visiting neighbors and had them collect thorns from others.

I was having trouble with the thorn thing too. Then one day FV was loading really slow. I could see the outline of my kid and clicked on it. Then as it loaded, the thorns appeared that were hidden behind the trees! Before the trees loaded, I clicked on those darn things as fast as I could and finished the quest. I didn't realize I had all those thorns hidden behind the trees at that point, but they were there, in the thick woods.

I was lucky and had a friend give me the last 2 white eggs I needed. I have 1500 planted and over 1400 harvested. I'll be finishing the quest up tomorrow morning and hopefully get a decent amount when I harvest. I have 750k right now.

Would love to know whats the next goal would be? Too bad they don't let you know ahead of time!
