A friend needed me to post the following for them:

Howdy, so two of my pullets got frostbite on their feet. As soon as I noticed that they did, I put them in a warmer coop to help it. So my question is, based on the photos that I've added, are they going to be ok? Will the yellow looking part fall off, or will I need to cull? Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help. Thanks in advance!

You shouldn't have to cull as long as the birds are getting around eating/drinking.

It' looks like they have already lost what they will lose and the feet are healing. You may want to keep them on clean dry bedding and limit exposure to cold moist ground until they fully recover.
