Frost bitten comb

Hi Folly's Place!
I can't wait till my large fowl White Chanteclers arrive next Aug.!! No more heating coops, no more frostbitten combs! No more breeding seasons pushed 2-4 months later in the year while I wait for combs to heal! Oh Joy! Plus superior meat birds who lay good eggs. Lovely whites for show, Best of all worlds!
Best,
Karen in frigid western PA, USA

HI Karen, where are your white Chanties coming from? I love mine; two older hens from John Blehm, and the others from Cackle. I don't show, so they are fine for me. Large, too. Mary PS The cock above is one year old, and the group shot includes a cockerel son and some pullets, some from Cackle this year. And assorted others.
