Frostbite on feet

One of my hens has frostbite on both her feet. We found her Sunday morning squished between some bails under our coop and she was able to walk and seemed okay but today she is not as is not able to walk/does not seem okay. I brought her inside to be warm and waited to soak her feet in warm water. Any other advice or helpful things to aid her recovery would be appreciated. She has electrolyte water and I hand fed her as I'm not sure she had been eating much. She is perking up.

Ouch. You need to warm up her feet. soak them in warm water gradually through the day

Her toenails look very long, you should clip them a little to help her walk a little better. Mine all have long nails though, so you can leave them if you want, but i would clip

Also looks weirdly like bumblefoot which Ihad a rooster get years ago but, she has no wounds or anything, she's just swollen so I don't understand how that could be possible.

Will soaking heal the bumblefoot or how do I tackle that before it spreads?
