Frostbite Or Fowlpox...pic Included

Is this frostbite, a dry comb, or fowlpox?? What should I do? Is it contagious? If left untreated does it get worse?

If it IS fowlpox it looks like the late stages to me, when the scabs have long since fallen off and started healing.. so I'd say frostbite.

Edit: Actually can you get closer to that last hen? It looks moreso like fowlpox and the first one does a little too.. but the middle ones don't really??
