Frostbite or fungus? Pox??? Help!

    3 of my 9 hens have these spots. Not a lot of them but I'm very concerned. We have had a lot of freezing nights but I feel their coop is insulated well and small enough they shouldn't be getting frost bite.
    I don't know what to do. Please help.

    Looks like pecking injuries to me.

    Observe them to see if they are pecking one another, especially when going to roost at night. Usually small pecking wounds will resolve on their own. If you feel you need to put something on the scabs you can apply Blu-Kote, triple antibiotic ointment, Vetericyn or Iodine.
