Frostbite??

It won't grow back. But like said, you'll still love him. :). I still say Vaseline will keep the others from pecking, and keep it from freezing more, which it could. I used to do it often. I live in cold weather during winter.
I also don't think the hens are pecking his comb just his feathers.
 
His comb is bleeding. Is that a good sign? His blister has seem to gone down.
To me it suggests that the bleeding is from it being pecked on. When other chickens see a different coloring in a place, they will naturally peck at it. I still say, try the Vaseline. Actually, at this point, where it's bleeding, an antibiotic wouldn't hurt. It's an open wound. Something as simple as Neosporin will be fine. :)

I have blue kote cream and a spray for frostbite but I dont like spraying near his face. Or vaseline too.
 
This is what it looks like rn. It's like pink/pale and than goes into the black towards the top of his comb.
