Frostbite?

My chickens' feet all have a little bit of dark skin on them (see picture). Is this normal or is this a sign of frostbite? They are RIRs. Everyone seems happy so I'm hoping I'm just being paranoid.

That is very normal looking foot and leg coloration for a RIR.

Thank goodness!! I am new to chickens and love them so much, so I worry a lot!
