Frostbitten Feet

A few of you may remember my pullet here https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/956850/dying-pullet .

She's been back outside for a few days. Three nails are turning black, some of her toes are dark. The skin is peeling too. What can I do for her?

ETA: second pic, looks like her toe is infected. What should I do?

Peep, sorry about your bird. It looks like she is going to loose some toes, usually that will happen right where the swollen collar is. You might read through here for more information on frostbite
