Ok, pavlovskayas are some of the oldest chicken breeds that have crests on their heads and were used to create popular chicken breeds like polish and silkies. The feathered legs of a pavlovskaya are said to look like the feathered legs of some of Russia's native grouse. I don't know much else but you can read an article on feathersite.com I don't know the link but just Google pavlovskayas on feathersite.
