Frozen eggs

Uh oh, I put my precious new eggs on the top shelf of my refrigerator to show them off. I guess it is too cold up there and they are frozen, I placed them on the bottom shelf where I usually keep eggs. Are they O.K. to eat I was so proud of them.

They are OK to eat, but the texture will be very different. Maybe boiled and shredded for a salad.

When some people have too many eggs they will freeze them in individual cups and, because this changes texture, only use them for baking

I have eaten eggs that have been frozen-scrambled they were just fine.
