Frozen Fertile Eggs & Hatchability

If a fertile eggs is frozen in the coop, is it still viable to incubate? In Michigan it's cold and the eggs can't always be collected right away.

If they are still viable, what suggestions does anyone have besides letting them warm up slowly prior to incubating?

"~~Zone of cold injury ( -2°C/28.4°F) Below this threshold ice crystals will start to form in the egg and permanently damage may be done to internal structures. Eggs may lie for some considerable time in temperatures close to freezing without suffering damage."

I have hatched many eggs this year, some were fridge eggs. none were frozen of course.

Awesome. I love it.

As my chickens and rooster get a little older (my rooster just started crowing) I am goin to incubate my own but right now I am still buying hatching eggs. I'm still learning so my hatch rates aren't very high yet so I like to get them from the local Amish here as they are only $2 a dozen but I know that they don't collect as often as someone who knows about hatching.

It's a brand from TSC. If I remember it was under $150. I did purchase the turner as well. They seem to make it to hatch time and then not make it.
