I have never heard a frozen shoulder before today. Has anyone else ever heard of this? Ever had one? I was fine and then all of a sudden I couldn't move my shoulder. :(My doctor said they can take up to 2 years to go away. I don't think I'll last 2 years. I'll be addicted to pain meds or something worse.

Anyone remember this song? I feel the need to sing it and I'd like to have the words right.

Gloom, despair and agony( for me?). Deep, dark depression, excessive misery. If it weren't for bad luck I'd have no luck at all.

Keep trying to move it, use moist heat on it not cold packs. I had a rodeo injury and they told me the same thing,, I saw an older doctor and he told me make it move, it will hurt, don't try and tear it but make it move.

I admit that I am a big baby sometimes but this REALLY hurts

.Come to find out I really don't tolerate pain meds very well.

My rear still hurts where they gave me a pain shot.

Gloom, despair . . . . . . .
