So, we have 1 Roo and 3, 1 year-old hens. Problem is, only one of the hens is laying (Aracauna - easy to tell with the blue eggs.)

My 2 other hens (Rhode Island and Delaware) seem healthy, aren't broody - are free ranging all day, not moulting, given a supplemental light at night, and have free choice water and layer pellets. I've given the whole flock 2 days of anti-biotics in their water to ward off any issues, but still no eggs.

What can I be missing?

Appreciate your time & responses!

Is it possible they are hiding their eggs? I found a nest of 5 eggs last week in the stack of hay for the horses.

Also, if a predator is visiting them at night, that could be causing enough stress to stop production.
