seven DOA'a out of 26. two more seriously questionable.

the rest jumping, running and eating. (YEAH!!!) go chickens, go chickens...

i had 12 meaties and the rest for layers, plus my free exotic, which of course, i have NO idea which one it is.

i will wait until tomorrow to see how it goes then call McMurray. they will credit me or ship more, as per their policy, i am sure.

here is the big question though, some of my chicks were more expensive than the others, since several breeds are light yellow chicks, how do they know how to credit me? hmm.

anymahoo...can't wait to see how they turn out...they are adorable. and some are gonna be super tasty!!!

Congrats on the chicks!

When I got my first order of chicks (from Welp) there were 14 dead out of 25! I told them I didn't know who lived since they all looked the same to me and they sent a COMPLETE replacement order! Maybe McMurray will do that?

Of course now I have way more chickens than I thought I would... but hey, they are all great!
