Full crop and jerky neck?

Hi All the sudden, I have a cream leadbar.And I'm not sure if it's because her crop looks cool.Maybe a little bit swollen chest area when she stands certain ways. Her neck has like a little bit of a jerky movement. She will forage in the yard.I think mostly normal but not sure what that would be? First time chicken owner. Tried to attach a video
