I have never seen an Irish breakfast with scrambled eggs! (I lived in Ireland for about 1 1/2 years, and am married to a Jackeen)

I was just over this past April. I think it was our trip to Ireland that somehow weakened my husbands resolve. I have been wanting chickens for about 4 years. I think seeing all the cute little lambs running around everyones property as we travelled around Ireland made him him realize that having farm animals was not so freaky!
