Full stomach

Hello,
My chicken has not being eating recently, but I have felt it's stomach and it feels really hard. I checked it the next day and it was soft but very bloated.
Does anyone have any advice as to what it may be?

It's crop is full.

I'd do a search in this area. Read up on "impacted crop" or "sour crop"
There is a spot up above between "Rules" and 'My Page". Hit "Search and then type in impacted crop.

There will be lots of good reading there for you.

Miss Prissy has a sure fire way to get rid of sour crop or even an impacted crop.

Make certain your hens aren't eating things they shouldn't... like sunflower seeds with shells.
