Fully Developed But Not Pimping

I think the early humidity was a tad high. I live in a humid area, and I had better hatches when I didn't get the humidity about 40% until lockdown.

101.5 would've resulted in an early hatch, but not a totally failed hatch. Same with the low temp, although that's actually worse than a high temp from what I've read.

you might be able to get the temp right if you lower it to 98 degrees, and then add 90 degree water wherever your keeping your reservior- it would add more humidity to the air and warm the temp because of it. but dont get the humidity higher than 70%ish because the chicks can get bloated and stuck in their shells. i had a hatch with 90% humidity where i had to help nearly all of the chicks out of the shell because they were stuck. and some quitters because they never pipped and died. i have also had a chick die from overheating in 101 degrees- but it was completely dry already and i think that was why. they need to be warmer when they are still damp and fresh-out-of-the-shell but cooler than 99 when they are dry. i would rather incubate at 98 than 101. my incubator has a fan in it though.
