Fully feathered?

Depends a lot on nutrition, genetics, and brooder temperature. The cooler the brooder is, and the higher the protein content of the feed is, the faster they feather in. You can't do anything about slow feathering genetics. If they are raised inside a house with an average temp of 70 degrees, they won't be fully feathered till 8 to 10 weeks of age. If they are kept in an unheated shed, garage, or basement, they could be feathered in as early as 5 to 6 weeks.
