Fully feathered??

Can someone tell me if these girls are fully feathered? They are Buff Orpingtons.

I’m new to raising chicks and want to move them outside but don’t want to do anything detrimental to them. I want to put them out tomorrow as the next 4 nights are supposed to be over 50 degrees, the. It then drops again to the mid-40s.
