The detective walked through the streets. It was raining, just like it had all the day before. When the detective reached "Sally's Super market" s/he walked in. A policeman walked up. You here for the case? He asked. "Yes" the detective replied. The policeman escorted him to a small room, Were a two ladies were standing. "Alright, miss brown" the policemen said. "Tell your story". "Well" said miss brown. " I work here as a cashier, and yesterday I was by the cashier, working. There were two men in line. It was about 11:30. . We all have walkie talkies on us during work, so we can call people and such. Well, Mrs. Adele called me on the walkie talkie and told me my shift was over and that miss Reya would be coming to take over. I left after telling the men in line another person would be coming. They both said it was fine and that they would do something else. I went home." The policemen turned and asked the other lady, miss Reya her story. "Well" miss Reya " I got here and the cashier was open and the money was gone. We usually have them locked, but that was lock was not working. We planned on putting in a new one that day. We were still using it since, as our store is small, we cannot afford to not use it." "We found both men" said the policemen, "Who were still in line. One, Mr. Green, says that he went outside to wait and smelled the flowers by the store, and the other, Mr. Renhoth, says he went to the pasta aisle to see if there were any new kinds. They do not have security cameras in this store yet, so we do not know who took it." "Could someone besides the men have taken it?" said the detective. "No," said Miss brown. :There was no one around. every one had left since there shift was over, and the people to take over shifts by the cashier were not here yet." "I see." said the detective. "and since there was no one else around they could not have seen where the men went." "Yes" said he policemen. "Did both men come back and buy there items?" asked the detective. "Yes they did." said Miss Reya. "I told them, someone had robbed the cashier so i could not help them, so they both went to the next cashier which as just opening." "This case has me stumped." said the policemen. What about you detective? Who did it?
