If for grins you let your favorite buff orpington sit on three eggs, and they all hatch, what is the probability that all three will be roosters?

1 in 8.

Now, what's the probability that my beloved (but dangerous) EE rooster "Buck" will attack and kill his sons?

Since it is for fun, the correct answer for each cockerel is either 0% or 100%. If he does he does and it is 100% for that cockerel. If he doesn't the cockerels say "Whew!" and get a 0%.

There are way too many variables for me to even guess your question. The rooster's personality plays a part, so does the individual personalities of his sons. How much room do they have? If you shoehorn them into a tight space the odds of the cockerels killing each other goes up, let alone their Dad killing them. How you manage them affects the odds. You can encourage them to kill each other or manage them in a way that a serious fight is less likely.
