Funny Chicken Behavior

My chicken Petunia jumps up and down like a puppy when she sees me approaching the cage. I often let her out to free range so when she sees me coming she just keeps jumping straight up and down. My dog does this when he wants food but I never knew a chicken would.Both my chickens have very different and funny personalitys. Here is Petunia the jumper.

And people say they have no personality. I love spending time with mine. They always either bring a smile to my face or a few laughs. Got to love chickens.

I have one that does the same thing. Jumps up when I have treats. I don't like it so I throw the food pretty fast.
