Hi Did you mean me? if so I used PowerPoint.

PowerPoint? There's a " mark at the bottom of each post. Just click that and it automatically creates that bubble. I usually them spsce down a line or 2 so your new text isnt included in the bubble. I noticed the question so hopefully that helps
