funny looking egg

I know!!! She always lays HUGE eggs. I hatched one last week. Beautiful chick. Have been saving her eggs for the past week and will hatch again this next go-round.

A couple of my hens lay those wrinkled eggs too. They're older hens, so I suspect it's just part of the reproductive slowing-down process.

that's a monster egg! i can't help but wonder if it hurts the hen that has to stretch to pop one out like that...

So you all are talking about these wierd eggs..lol funny cause I got one the other day..here is my picture.

Turns out she laid this one at like 4pm and then had one the next morning for me..little and normal. At first I thought it was going to be a soft shell cause she started acting like she didnt feel good..but this egg was the result.
