i was laid off (permenently) in january from a wood production plant, right after my wife and i found out she was pregnant (its a boy).. and just a little while ago they call me wanting me to come back... im happy but also upset at least im going to have a job again since i couldnt find one but why lay me off at all...

i do but i dont.. i need the money.. but i just dont trust them.. its hard to get a job where im at its a pretty rural area..

If you can't find anything else and you have to work... sounds like you will be heading back there. Did you like the work?
If you go back, you will have to go knowing they could lay you off again. My husband faced a similiar situation but that was before we had the kids. He chose to keep looking for work elsewhere. Those decisions are usually easier before you have little ones.

You are very welcome. It sounds like you have it figured out. I like what you said about the tighter family. Money isn't everything, right?
I've had friends put their babies in day care so they could work to afford a new car. I don't get that.

me either that crazy right now my wife and i are living with my mother father and my two younger brothers until i get things all figured out but we all get to see eachother everyday eat dinner together and just spend time together which helps our family get a little closer... my wife is going to be a stay at home mom ive been trying to get her to go to college but she wont..
