Oh no, they are little cuties. I have to quit looking at them. Don't have room for Pheasants, even if they were orange meat and purple feathered.

Just what I needed to see. Have to get fuzzy butts out of my system!!! My quail have started to lay again, only 1-2 a day but, I am already starting to itch. Really need to wait until later in the year.

So that's where that ring comes from. I always wondered how that came to be. Now I know.
Yes I am so glad its you that has them and not me. I'll stay with my Coturnix and Buttercups - the BC are spastic but don't try to kill each other. The Coturnix try to kill each other but aren't spastic. One at a time I can handle but not on going mass hysteria. But they sure are cutties.

But watch out come Spring, the feed store has Peacocks. I am going to ask my neighbor if she wants a trio, I'll get em and she can have them when ready to strut their stuff. (She has the room, I just need to convince her she does). Better than a watch dog any day. And I can admire them over the fence. ( Probably come up and flog me).
