All righty. I just caught up with a friend of mine who moved over seas to the Netherlands. I have never met this lady, but we have been online pals for over 15 years! Lost touch with her for the last year. She's also a bird person, just not the chicken sort. Anyway, made my day.

Anyway, I am going to go clean up the kids mess and get the oldest monkey to bed. Gotta work tomorrow too. Ugh... Not looking forward to that. Going to be a cold day!

Hi everyone.
I'm with fuzzy on Goodwill. Most of my clothes get ruined anyway so I would rather buy nice second-hand items than spend $$$ for something new. I will buy the occasional piece at a store, but it has to be super cheap/clearenced. I do the same for the kids, too. They like what I bring home and it's usually all brand name great condition stuff so they don't complain.

Nova, I learned awhile ago that I get ignored, too. I'm not easily conversible and I'm sure it can be quite off-putting. But, you know, so be it. There are plenty of people to talk to. It's best to adapt a 'whatever' in that case and just keep being who you are.

Oh, and thank you for the nightmare chicken whose behind looks like the orange face. That was its behind, right? LOL

Hello!
I had quite the scare yesterday - and I dont really fuss over myself, so it was out of character.

I picked my daughter up from work and when just about home I had this horrible stabbing pain in my right temple. It was like BLAM then gone- but my eye and cheek went numb.

Well, it was pretty scary. Daughter wanted me to go to the hospital. Husband well, he was willing to take me- then asked me if I had taken an aspirin, I said No. He yelled and fussed, "you already had one stroke- why are you messing around"...blahblahblah. Ummm because it didnt occur to me to take one because I cant feel my eyeball and that is distracting me.
I didnt want to go spend four hours in the hospital and end up owing a few grand for them to tell me that my eye is wonky- and I start work at 630 today- so I was debating it. WHile I was debating, I fell asleep while asking Dr Google. I always fall asleep at the computer so that isnt unusual. And then I went to bed.
Its better now, and Im alive so alls well here.
In other news-
my dog had to go outside to pee twenty minutes early today. So I have been awake since 340 instead of the normal 4. that is BS. He couldnt hold it just twenty more minutes. rigght . I had to make coffee so that stinks- normally my husband sets the coffee pot so I wake up to coffee, but I see he cleaned the kitchen and did the dishes, so he gets brownie points today.

Doesnt take much to make me happy.
I see that it is 35 degrees out there. Sounds like winter to me. blah. Hope you all have a great day.
