Orientation went well,......hmm. I don't even know what i'm gonna do when i get done with this book, i've been working so long on it!!!

YAY for orientation !!!! have you ever heard of smashwords.com ? that is what I am going to use to publish mine if I ever get done !!!! its an online only publisher but publishes for free and can market to like amazon.com and barnes and noble (sp? )

Today I have chugged a lot of water. I still have a head ache. My neck is actually tensed up from it, though I think that is more from the darn heavy skids. I still want more. Maybe tomorrow while the big midget is at school... I also think I need to get the garage chickens out of my garage so I can put all those skids in my garage, out of the elements so they will dry out and take a coat of paint.

Anyway, back to the headache. I am giving the water a try for curing the continual headache. I was listening to AM radio and there was a guy on saying that a lot of headaches are caused from chronic dehydration, and that drinking cool-aid, coffee, soda and tea's do not count as a hydration source. That for every cup of soda, tea, coffee you drink, you should add a cup of water to your daily water intake. SO, you already drink your 8 cups (which I do not), and you have a few cups of coffee, you need to add the corresponding amount of water for that... SO, you need to go and take stock options out in your favorite toilet paper company cuz you are going to be peeing a lot. I noticed that I do pee a whole lot when I drink coffee, so I guess I can see how this is a diuretic and strips your body of needed water. HOWEVER, the guy said you don't need to cut down on your coffee, tea... just balance it with more water.

SO, may take several days or more, but I will get up to the recommended water for my weight and see if my headaches do not subside, or least ways lessen substantially.
