I will never get SLW from the hatchery again. The last one I have now looks to have saggy belly... She's standing with her legs spread, kinda walking like she's aching, her belly is squishy but hanging low. How the heck do I end up with two SLW's with this? Only she is worse than her sister was. She was also out all night long. I didn't notice cuz my flood light burnt out, so I had hardly any light when I closed up the coop last night. I just checked that there were not any extra critters in the coops. Anyway, she was out all night, on the ground under a chair on the side of the house and nothing got her. WOW, but it was so wet out this morning. Oh, EYP is what I am talking about... This is just nuts. She just started laying also... Going to give her antibiotics and see if we can't pull her thru. Maybe with the winter coming, she' won't lay and maybe she'll heal up from this. But internal laying is not a good thing, especially starting so young. Veena wasn't even a year old when she had started doing it and had to be put down. I want to say a bad word... but I can't.
