TIny and daffy do a crow chorus..hopefully the ones you have wont get a call ... but they do half crow .. full crow..half crow..full crow... Tiny hasnt learned to do a full crow yet so its like someone just shuts him up mid crow lol

Oh yes, Mr. Feathers is crowing. I had to pick him up and have a talk with him yesterday. I needed a place to put Andy, my splash Andalusion roo and Andy doesn't have a mean bone in his body, so I put him in with Mr. Feathers and his hens and it made Mr. Feathers mad and he started to pick on Andy. So I picked him up and had a heart to heart talk with him. He must have listened. They get along just fine now. So all is good in that pen LOL.

Today's cake is strawberry... Have to design a race track and red and green cars. WOOH HOO! easy cake today. LOL. Aiden isn't 4 till tomorrow, but john has school tomorrow night.

No luck with the trailer, been sold. Just as well i suppose, i don't like this town. Trash dump on one side, turkeys and cows on the other, and now a milk plant (read rotten milk smell) and an hour from anything! Sigh. i love my birds though. There is a path, i just have to find it. Whatever is going on in my life, i have definitely reached a life step of sorts, i can feel it, if that makes sense? So i have accepted whatever is to come, no use in fretting. If i have to give up birds i will hold back at least hope, as she is the last bit of my cocoa i have left. When i hold her i feel some of the same peace and connection that i had with her mother, eerie but calming at the same time......... I had planned to make her momma a house pet, and i have no qualms about doing the same for her.

Only thing i am struggling with is the adoption concept, mine are coddled babies and need homes that they will be happy in, they aren't "yard birds" ; Don't even "range" unless i am within eye shot or they run back into the chicken run or under the camper! Silly birds. And i worry the most over the boys; i have 3 boys right now! They are always the hardest, and mine like being held. They have never had to fear a human, and wouldn't understand at all if they were suddenly ignored!

I don't know how many of you are current on the news, i am not at all but today i learned that there is a possibility that social security (disability too? is that linked?) may very well be delayed, as well as vet's benefits. (Presidential speech today) Very sad news, if you know anyone who receives those let them know to hang on to every dollar this month. Also, tax returns may be late as well, especially the ones that file with these tax credits http://www.irs.gov/uac/Newsroom/Lis...in-filing-in-late-February-or-into-March-2013

so bottom line don't count on a refund to use towards a bill, and if you are trying to hurry and get your money as fast as possible don't use those particular credits!!!
Just wanted to spread the word just in case, don't want any of you suffering because of it.
