According to the sentinel, which can be wrong, but it hasn't let up snowing here, 8-16 over night thru tomorrow. According to Johns phone, 6-12 overnite thru tomorrow.

No, Haven't used the snow blower yet. Have kept the snow off the top of the run as much and as often as possible. It's already covered again. Have to go and force the favs into their coop again. Seriously going to take down their run roost too. Tomorrow I should be able to finish getting all the wood supports in on both sides of the top center to the ground and the cardboard finished fitting in too so there is no sag anywhere. Thank heavens for snow pants. Bright orange hunting pants that is. LOL.

I submitted the story to Chickens, one of the backyard hobbyfarm mags... Not wanting it, "at this time.." I am thinking of maybe an online magazine now. I do have only one interested, but I am wavering. I may decided to start my own blog. I am not sure.

Ok... I just went and looked at the weather for myself. 2-5 overnight, and another 2-5 wednesday. AND west and south of GR are the most effected. Not sure where you are tee, but sounds like we'll get the brunt of the lake effect snow.

You know what? I had this rooster last year, one of the very first boys that I took for processing, and I am really kinda sorta wishing that I hadn't. The more I look at brahmas, the more I think he may have been one.

About an hour or so from you north and east of Grand Rapids in Greenville. The lakeshore is getting the brunt of all this and I checked out the webcast of wzzm from this afternoon and they're saying we might see 1-2 inches here and GR east to Ionia. So work tomorrow might be a bit slippy, but it's an easier route so I should be okay. Just have to dress super warm because there are 2 apartment buildings I'll have to get out and walk.

yuck. I don't mind the walking to much. LOL, as long as I am dressed really warm. Its the getting in and out part. I wish they were closer together, so I could just walk them all and be done.
