It's Monday. Kids are sick. In the head both figurative and literal. Jace is a faucet from the nose, and coughing, sounds nice and wet and juicy. Aiden... he's not really sick. He's just glued to Mario Bros games on youtube. Sometimes I have to mute it cause the butt crack playing the games and uploading videos of him/her playing the game can not seem to NOT SWEAR. LOL. Who am I to talk. I have the mouth of back alley fish wife on ocassion. LOL.

All the birds are out and enjoying the beautiful day. I am feeding back their eggs to them for a few days. Mite treatment. I noticed that a lot of them, including boys are missing feathers right down to the skin, I haven't found any mites on them at all, when I search them over, and yes, I am finding some feathers, but not like they are molting. Some barer bellys and vents. SO, they all got a ivomec pour on treatment. I only treated the ones with scaly mites last time. Fritz the jerk looks the worst, only he got the poop kicked out of him last night by Florus. He went in Florus's pen while I was letting them all out, and Florus, who usually runs from him, decided it was his pen, and Fritz needed and @$$ wooping. Yup. I had to rescue Fritz. LOL

Now for a horror story of holy Shhhh, it stunk proportions. We we're all heading for bed last night, and I was reading to the boys before I turned in. Aiden say's he needs to go potty, so I send him up. A few minutes later John hollars (how the heck do you spell that?) down the stairs that I needed to come up and clean up Aidens mess. Ok... I figure it can wait while I finish Roscoe Riley, I was almost done with it. John yells down again, that I needed to come up and take care of my son, he shat all over the floor and himself....

I get up the stairs, there is poop on the floor, poop on the toilet, in the toilet, in Aidens PJs, in Aidens undies, on Aidens arm and chest... What the!?

Well, Aiden had a one peice sleeper on. He didn't get it down in time, and started pooping in his undies, so, he dumped that out on the floor, finished crapping on the toilet, put back on his dirty undies, his dirty sleeper, and runs to give his dad a kiss... John, grosses out big time, cuz Aiden smells like he rolled in it.... Oh... The.... Joy... At least he didn't paint the walls.

Why does the conversation always take a gross turn when I'm eating something? Got home a little after 6 so I'm sitting here relaxing and chowing on some beef and broccoli rice......
Nova, I swear you must plan these things.

OMG! I remember those days and it's not fun!!! But really funny nevertheless.

My new babies.
So sweet! I can hardly wait to get ours -- Come Friday, we'll have some peeping going on.

Well, the perils of Georgie the baby goat continue. DH and I had gone to buy hay so when we got home I cleaned out the feeder and added fresh hay. Then I go to mix up chicken feed. In the meantime, Georgie takes a flying leap off her sleeping shelf and lands in the middle of the feeder. The hay is nice and fluffy so she sinks up to her shoulders. She can't move 'cause she's up to her neck in loose hay. She starts baaaaaing which makes the entire herd start baaaaing and running in and out of the barn. I notice all the commotion and go back in. Maggie, Queen goat, is standing up on the side of the feeder "talking" to Georgie - evidently telling her that they've called for help. So l rush over and lift Georgie out - who then dashes around the barn, up onto the sleeping shelf and yes, you guessed it, took another flying leap into the feeder. I'm just watching in awe. Then I pull her out again, go out and cut a piece of plywood that will fit over the top, drill holes for zip ties and anchor it solidly (which is going to be a pain to add hay until I can get something more permanent built). After I complete my masterpiece, Puck and Yosi zip up onto the shelf and bounce onto the top of the plywood. Evidently, I've created a new toy!
I do so love my goaties!
