I'm so sorry about the lowlifes taking your hens Silver. Wish there was a way to catch them.

How's the trailer hunting coming Fuzzy?

I get my stitches out of this finger tomorrow so maybe I can type decently without making 30 mistakes per post - lol. It's so cold here - 7 degrees wind chill this morning - goats were huddled down in the straw sleeping and didn't even get up when I went out to feed them. Thankgoodness it's a good barn and keeps them warm. The girls on the other hand were cussing me for being late and could hardly wait to tumble out of their nice coop into the freezing run. Go figure.

still hunting away, if i can't find anything tues afternoon i'm going to my mom's to stay

There's one here in town, will apply but don't think i qualify; I just got this job so might be iffy. This one is free but will cost $700 for deposit and rent and paper costs; in another 2 weeks i would have it but am on a deadline and can't delay. IF i got it i MIGHT be able to keep my flock. I will go tomorrow and push a little, try to work a deal but they are probably waiting for tax returns as i am. Everyone will be moving when they get their $$$ back, so deals will be more plentiful (or less) depending..........

There's one towards my mom's, but that one's a piece, i don't even know that it would pass inspection and might need professional help on the electric Also free, only 100 to hold since the title isn't free and clear for 6 months. Good side, in 6 months my finances will look less shaky, bad- I would need a mans help for sure. I can do a lot but wiring isn't one of them.

He'll get used to them. My pet hen had fits and literally threw herself upside down a few times when i put her first saddle on, but in the end she displayed them like a queen, lol

I just got a no, we don't want you message from Target... My sister told me I could get a deli position at Big Apple. Would have to be to work at 4-5 am to 11. Will work with my schedule, just won't be paid much. I don't care much about that. I don't have experience anyway, and I won't have to deal with a lot of people. Just make the food to fill the deli case. I have done that type of thing so.... Used to work as a salad bar working for Freedom Village... so, I know a little bit of nothing. LOL

ANYWAY!... I got a vid of Pat... Will up load in a bit. Making homemade italian wedding soup right now... Yum. Yum... It smells so good!

Idk about there but i was a deli cashier at the Family Fare, and all you did was dish the food into the bowls, they don't actually make the stuff. And i thought i was gonna cook! And slice the deli meat, wait on customers. Very laid back but i did evening.
