Fuzzy's Farm

Morning
Gigi, she is a cutie! DD wants to get a lamb from Robin. Ummm, I don't think so! Nope don't need one. Nova how are the kids today?
Bought a turner for my incubator yesterday, just how additive is hatching? Does that figure into chicken math?
Yesterday my roo's were raising a ruckus, the girls were all huddled in one little spot and what do I see, the boys putting the run on a squirrel. It was rather funny to watch!
Wasn't even close to mothers day and DD took me out to dinner last night. Even though she live here it was nice just the two of us enjoying the evening.
Oh, and hi Silver!

Morning Rusty.

Just sitting here getting ready for the day. One DD to the dentist followed by the other to the doctor after which I have to go to the other side of Jenison to pick up some bags DH specially ordered from some place over there. Going to throw a roast in the crock pot before I go since I won't have much time to cook.

We are having wedding soup. Easiest freaking meal to make...

Boys... Well Aiden had a terrible fever in the night. He woke me up to tell me to turn off the sun cuz it was burning his eyes. I felt him and WOW, Gave him one medicine that was natural, and cooled him with cool wash cloth, head, belly and pits. Two hours later, ended up giving him Motrin cuz he said his legs were hurting so bad he couldn't run fast. Jace is home again today. He still has a low grade fever and the skeets. SO... that's how the boys are. I picked up Jace's school work so he won't be behind. He thinks I am very uncool now. LOL

ME, I have a headache from being up most the night with the fidget monster... Me thinks coffee will help. I can't even read a book for long. I picked up a HUGE book from a fledgling author titled "Advent". So far, so good. I am on occassion having to go back and read the sentence over. It's about magic coming back into the world and a 15 year old boy... Nothing like Harry Potter... Anyway, I am only about 150 pages into it, and have about 300 to go. At the rate I am reading, I think it might take me the whole 3 weeks to read it. Normally a book that size would take less time. I picked up another book at the same time that was about half its size, done in 3 hours. Maybe its my head ache, but... I don't know, we'll see if I finish it. Also I just finished "Clockwork Angel" from Cassandra Clare, and am working on "Clockwork Prince". They are actually from the teen section, which I don't understand... I know it's cuz the main characters are 17-19, but seems to me, anyway, that it shouldn't be in the teen section. I feel like an idiot going over to the teen section looking for what may be there of interest... LOL I mean, heck, shouldn't Peirs Anthony be in the teen section then with his Xanth series? OR is it Anthony Peirs.... Well anyway...

Ice is melting from the driveway finally. Hopefully the next two days will clear it out the rest of the way. Think I'll go and let the birds out. The crows have been quite busy near the house, so maybe we'll be hawk free for the day. I hate the end of fall and the end of winter when there is not a lick of leave coverage for the birds to hide from the aerial invaders...

Hi everyone, just checking in. Nova hate to hear that kids are sick! :(. Hope they get well soon. And the snow will get melted soon. I'm still dealing with sick man! Ouch!! Any way goats are cute, looks like that one in hay feeder is enjoying it's self! Lol.. Any way I miss my time on here but been wrapped up with sick man, and running that darn fence! Almost done with that project! :) :)

I totally know what you mean! LOL I'm always going to the teen section to find books for my youngest daughter. I got her to read both books in the Divergent series (really good and waiting for the last one) and her teacher has her reading the Matched series which I thought would be too boring for her and so far she's not read too much of it so I think I know her better. LOL I'm looking into the Legend series by Marie Lu for her now. Can't find it on the shelves so waiting for the hold to come through. I think I tried the Clare book, but was to busy to read it. At any rate, I'm reading The Unfaithful Queen by Carolly Erickson right now.

Anyway, super tired from all the running today. Turned out that the place DH sent me to moved out to near the airport so I had to hightail it over there not knowing where I was going and the road got all kooky so I made it by mere minutes before they closed.

Nova, hope your boys get to feeling better.
