was there liquid in the bottom of the cups? I had that happen once with skillet pineapple upside down cake. Thought i'd skip the heating of the pan and the butter and the sugar..........

I got a cakey top and a rubbery bottom. Not so impressive to the poor FIL who requested it!

I think it would have been better with only 3-4 eggs.
The top of the cups were nice (more pancakeish)
and the bottoms were an egg/ pancake mixture
Great for breakfast! You can have both at once! Quick and easy!

I used 4 medium/large eggs. They just came out of the oven and look pretty good. Now I'm heating up the maple syrup....mmmmmm.

MsB, some days you have to chalk it up to **it happens. I have lost a chick in winter to a dish that was too deep. Had lost 2 chicks to other hens snatching as they hatched and made a meal because I was not paying attention to the calendar... Or the eggs.

We are just full of recipes today!

Fuzzy, I was thinking Wednesday or Friday. Tomorrow is a busy day. If those aren't good for you, then we can figure a better day/week.

I have the CS coop up off the ground. Got the crushed concrete spread in from of the summer coop. Water drops there big time. Also, gave them raisin suet for the heck of it.

OH! I have to get baby pics of the silkies chicks for you mom. We have one more solid black pure one. Would have been two, but the one chick only made it half way out.. AND, you have got to see the ones Coco Chanel hatched out. Heck... I am going to go and get pics now. They are AMAZING! I need to candle too... I forgot that... Man...
